I choose the file but after a couple seconds the Data Onboarding wizard opens. Why is my data not uploaded?  **Answer:** Measurement data comes in many forms and with many little details on how the file is formatted. The measurement data is uploaded automatically only when the file format is 100% clear to the EKO Q platform. See the supported formatting options in the (i) hint next to the drag-and-drop field for file upload.  The file format is expected to respect the following conventions. 1. Only two columns in the file: first timestamp, then irradiance in W/m2. 2. Name of the irradiance column is exactly the same as the name of the sensor. 3. One header line only. No other header or footer lines. 4. Column separator is one of the following: comma (,), semicolon (;), Tab, or space. 5. Timestamp respects one of the common patterns, preferably "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss". 6. Timestamps are mostly ascending (sorted from earlier to later). 7. Decimal comma or decimal point in irradiance values. 8. No thousand separators or other spaces in values. 9. No text or other non-numeric values in columns. If there is a doubt, the wizard opens to ask your help to read the file correctly. This way you can be sure that once your data is uploaded there is no misunderstanding. In the Data Onboarding wizard you specify all the critical parameters. Use "Bookmark Parsing Parameters" to save the settings for future uploads of the same file formatting.
